What nightmare left you shaking and sweating in your bed?

When I was 4 or 5, I watched 'Child's Play' with my cousins in their shed. Chucky scared me, badly. In my nightmare Chucky following me with an army of robots shooting at me. Woke up screaming and stayed awake all night.
