The main character is this blonde? guy who is apparently talented in magic though we don't know until later. He's a normal everyday guy until he gets caught up in in some long-haired wizard or magician dude's nonsense. Wizard/magician type dude becomes his magical teacher. His magic deals with orbs of some kind. I read this years ago, I think, but I haven't been able to find it since which is really making me think I'm crazy and it all was some weird dream. So if anyone can help me assert my sanity?
Also it's made by the same guy who made Noblesse and sources say it's been dropped because of his sickness however after recovering he went back to writing Noblesse and decided to leave behind Ability.
It was really good which is why I was confused why it wasn't popular or known but I guess I know why now. Hope he picks it back up.

Omg like holy crap, after years I just found it today! If anyone else is curious it's called "Ability"
