In chapter 76, Taeju told the bio dad something like "How else would I know if you're not actually a lunatic claiming a child born from one of Kim Sahyeok's random flings is your own". Bio dad would definitely know if he himself gave birth to Euiyong, unless Kim Sahyeok's the omega. Most probably though, could be Taeju feigning ignorance and putting the burden of proof to bio dad.
Plus Kim Sahyeok defo looks like the alpha in the relationship but just to be sure
