Also to those who said Fluffy was originally a dog who got turn into a hybrid as well. You guys were spot on I didn't catch that at all. I also wondered what Little A did. Did he come into contact with something? Did he see something he wasn't supposed to? Which is why the therapist/doctor is asking him how he feels.
