The artist is Stephanie Son, who has quite a few usernames that they go by. On Twitter they have at least 3 accounts: @_mohtz, @mmoeblush, and @1o231224 (where they post their satosugu art, deeply loved in the jjk fandom).
As far as I know, their instagram is @_mohtz and their tumblr is mohtz.
I'm so happy to see their work on this manhwa !! Can't wait for the English officials to come out.
