Not a manga but a Japanese movie I remember watching several years back in a hotel in Osaka. Ofc, there were no eng subs so I didn’t know the name. I remember it being about this awkward, curly haired dude who got a job as a hostess recruiter (?) not really sure but it seemed like he was scouting women to work at a red light district establishment. His curly hair seemed to be a key point of his character. Even though he was awkward, I think he took advantage of his unique hair to appear more charming for his job. Anyway, he fell in love with one of the hostesses (short-haired pretty gal) at the shop but she had an abusive ex boyfriend (?) who barged into her place and caused a ruckus so the mc grabbed her by the hand to run away. I didn’t finish the movie but the last scene I remember was the two catching their breath in the middle of a street tunnel after escaping. I might’ve misinterpreted and misremembered some things but yeah. If anyone here is a jp film connoisseur, I’d appreciate if you could help me out!
