Can you imagine if the last page of the chapter read "the end" there? ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ

I'll be honest, after all the smut I read, I was quite surprised (and somewhat disappointed) the first time I saw a dick in real life how comparatively small it was, which was something I had also similarly been kind of worrying about like you. I'll also say that my husband was my first boyfriend (got lucky lol) and he is the only person I've ever......

No matter how much you loved, liked, or hated the story, whether all or parts of it, there's no doubting the talent and creative beauty the author put into this manwha. They worked so incredibly hard, and it absolutely shows! The character designs, the backgrounds, the lights and shadows, the field of depth, the reflections in the eyes, the hair texture, the layouts, colors, composition, all of it is incredible. I personally loved the story, but what made it exceptional was the art. Thank you for your dedication author-nim, and please rest well!

It's rare that I want the 2nd ml to be endgame in a story. it's even more rare that I hope for a non-happy ending where someone dies. but I want both with this one

On another note, seriously all I want is for them to make a freakin big deal that Dan almost DROWNED HIMSELF in the ocean. Don't just be like "at this rate you're gonna bite the dust" like DUDE he is high key sui*cidal please fully comprehend that that's a huge flag that needs appropriate attention

I didn't even think of her being part of this story. And let me tell you, I'm straight but that girl kinda got me ლ(´ڡ`ლ)

I have a random question maybe someone could answer for me. In the original Love is an Illusion I remember Si-wo's parents Dojun and Heesoo arguing about having a baby. Since Heesoo was a beta and couldn't get pregnant, didn't they talk about using a surrogate? And then had a debate about which one of their genes they would use? Did they ever reveal whose they used, or do we not know?
Also, side comment, I honestly kind of wished they made Byul and Si-wo's parents look just a tiny bit older. Even if Dojin and Hyesung "look young for their age" I feel like at least Dojun and Heesoo should look somehow different then. It just feels a little strange to me, as much as I love their appearances (and it feels more nostalgic to the original then), to have them look the same 17 years later, especially when they don't appear that much older than their kids!

I honestly loved this story. I think it was realistic (as realistic as a manga about a serial killer who needs a decision maker can be) in the way that it portrayed emotions and reactions, and none of the characters where black or white. I appreciate that there was no love triangle, and that the relationship between Nicolas and Luca happened organically - not to mention Luca being a surprisingly fantastic partner. Telling Nicolas he would be there when he was ready to open his heart, and making sure he wasn't doing something he didn't actually like deep down, was so sweet and respectful (despite his evident dating history). Luca looked out for Nicolas, even earlier on in roundabout ways (going in to check on him once he saw a suspicious person leaving Nico's apartment, sending the step-dad to meet Al and catch his attention to protect Nicolas, and taking responsibility for the decisions he made). I also loved that Nicolas was an honestly good soul, even though he reacted with hurt or in anger at times because of his abuse. He was a victim of his step father, and he was manipulated into unknowingly making life or death decisions for others by Al, but despite all that happened and the temptations along the way, he remained true to himself in the end. I also appreciate that Al's killings were not pictured as justified, nor him as a monster, even though we were shown the initial cause of his violent character. He murdered innocent people, but also went out of his way to kill Nicolas's father for him. I think it's super cool that Nicolas "got" to pick the way that awful man died, so that he had some satisfaction in getting revenge, while still not being responsible for making the choice to kill someone - even someone he hated - because Al did not give him that option and the guy was going to die either way. Minor side note, I like that Luca did get a small injury in his altercation with Al, because most stories let characters get off scott free even as amateurs in a knife fight, which just seems unrealistic most of the time (again, as realistic as these mangas can be).
It also made me super happy to see Nicolas be able to move on from those atrocious traumas he suffered, and eventually accept Luca both emotionally and physically in a very sweet way (and not immediately following his assaults, like in some other stories...). Anyway, it may be a very mature story, but it was continually interesting to me, and I was very satisfied with its ending.

As much as I want Dan to put JK in his place where he BELONGS and finally get some sweet well-deserved satisfaction, it'll be hard to do that without a backbone (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜
