The older generation (minus the magic headmaster) seem very oblivious and useless. The king seems to be letting his children destroy the kingdom instead of just dealing with them, he’s acting like he can’t just have more children, the ones he has outside the third princess are genuine sociopaths. You can’t tell me he doesn’t know he’s been poisoned by his daughter.

The MCs father is the height of uselessness, he knows his oldest son is crazy, but still thinks he’s good, while the youngest is a murderer in his eyes. Like he paid no attention to the kids who are literally going against his duty to protect the kingdom.

Even the deities are messed up because how are you the God of light but you pick a sociopath who hates poor people as your child. The rich nobles are not worshiping the light, so he actively picked a emissary who wants to kill the common people that worship the God.

I need Jio to go on a permanent vacation out of this story so my two babies can be in love. Because he’s shady and I feel like he hates our bottom and has territorial thing with the top.
