MC is kinda stoic but later in the story he shows us more emotions. He’s kind of that sweet but awkward adult. But it doesn’t really come off as sweet, it hard to describe the feeling of this story. it’s sad and lethargic undertones with hope sprinkled in. Kinda of sad to know that we’ll never know the MC’s past, and that we’ll only know him as an ethics teacher. He wasn’t perfect either, but he was clearly human
