Tbh I've been thinking for the past few days and I want to hear from you guys

Ain't these "black flags" characters just like criminals?

I mean don't get me wrong but it annoys me when people asks if a character is a "black flag" like it's not even a flag anymore, it's a fucking criminal atp...
