Let me get this straight. She gets a second chance, a happy ending, and is forgiven purely because she had one tragedy happen to her in the past? Almost everyone has had some kind of trauma to deal with, and most of them don’t turn into manipulative, cruel, vengeful, all-around bad people. And if they do, they aren’t just forgiven by the people they hurt like this. If the MC were truly a good person, she wouldn’t have forgiven her or given her a second chance. She’s hurt people she cares about THOUSANDS of times.
