It’s kind of crazy how weak the ML is compared to the espers in every other Guideverse. He’s supposed to be an S rank mental esper but was driven to the verge of rampage after one attempted psychic interrogation of a normal guy. I don’t think I’ve ever seen an F rank esper depicted as that weak.
I get that the power scaling may be different in different series, but if the range between each rank is the same, most espers would be barely different from regular people.
