a story about a nobleman adapting in a new world. lizel is the real pull here—charismatic and gentle and unexpectedly cunning. what sets this manga apart is that even though it’s funny and has a couple of running gags about the main character, lizel never loses this elegant, enigmatic aura that draws the cast of characters and the audience towards him. a lovely manga about the bonds of companionship (tho it def has gay undertones as well!) 8/10
