liu and tough are renowned in the underworld for solving mysteries, taking odd jobs, and most of all: for having no official identification. in a world policed by bio-ids and nanorobots, their very existence is illegal. despite this, they are determined to discover the truth behind their existence. it’s a bit rough: the translation is wonky, the pacing is weird, etc. but the action is fun, and the charas are so easy to love! 6/10
