Honestly, this was a on-the-fence decision to add this. It does start off with the ml thinking he's a woman (cause he appears as one) and it does have some... interesting... relationship dynamics between the ml's brother and his lover. In the end the two do have a sweet relationship, and some pretty badass revenge from the mc on those who hurt him.
