This is really adorable but it has several FATAL flaws [spoilers] .. I have a lot to say so strap in
- I hate the reverse harem trope in scenarios like this where the FL is trying to push the fact she’s only in love with one man. It leaves a bitter taste in my mouth when the others love interests have just as much ‘screen time’ as the ML, and along with all of her blushing and submissive behaviours it feels like borderline cheating even though the story says it isn’t. This is just a personal preference but it makes me very uncomfortable even though she HAS drawn the line at least once (the slap), I just hate multiple romance tropes and enjoy strict monogamy without hinted chemistry between multiple characters.
- This would have been so much cuter if the author leaned more heavily into the “redemption” of the office girls and shown a gradual friendship (perhaps over a few chapters) between them and her. I think a fan-club situation would have been adorable!
-I want Misha to be included more. Ik Ik, it’s early on in the story but I WANT MORE!!
- Heath is fine shit
- I wish we knew if she was 18 or not it is kinda weirding me out thinking about a 16 yo and a guy in his 30’s
- Heath is so fine goddamn holy cow
- I really enjoy her personality aside the fact of her being a total 0 star in the weird plot-forced-chemistry-with-Art department, and wish we had mire smart yet delicate FLs like her
- I don’t have much to say about the story so far, but besides the problems previously stated, the pacing is nice and palatable. Even though the plot is a bit overused and common, it’s a nice simple story to turn the brain off while still being interesting enough to hold a readers attention
