I was frustrated enough with the spoilers and now after reading the chap I feel more aggravated.
Whats going on in the author's mind only he knows. For the sake of the story and using Gojo's body like that he's using the conversation between Yuta and Gojo. Like wt ?! Just for the sake of justifying how the story is progressing he's adding whatever flashbacks he wants -> Gojo agreeing to use his own body. So u can add whatever u want now ?!
It might be a turning point in using Gojo's body like that for the sake of the battle, but it's too much to use it like that. It's just FUBAR
