I'd rather a bit of a possessive loving partner that only wants what's best for you over a tiptoeing one that is changing his nature to feel secure that he can withstand the relationship and not speaking up about a clear abuse of power and mismanagement of his partner as an employee.
One of those rare situations in which I think possession and the lack of holding back are actually valid and necessary.
Yeah, honestly he needs therapy. Idk if he ever went to a psychologist for his sleep problems. But the extreme insecurity he feels should atleast trigger him to turn to a psychologist for help.
