They're both in the wrong. Period. He should've communicated his feelings just as much as uke should've noticed his too. They both need to work on speaking about their likes, dislikes, boundaries, and unspeakables because at this rate they'll end horribly and I would HATE for seme to end up actually crossing the line like he almost just did to regret it later. These two still have a much healthier chance given they didn't drag this out long enough to become callous to each other in ways other couples of series have. They just need to think and figure out a system that satisfies them both.
