Why did i read it exactly, gosh i cried buckets trust me if you cant stomach miserable endings dont read it. Youre gonna regret it later. I wish the end was something different . Though it really is a beautiful masterpiece
Ok so I've always wanted to read this but the comments make me bit anxious as i hate sad endings or stuff where ml doesn't get a happy ending ╥﹏╥. I'm so torn , can anybody give me spoilers? Or tell me whether i should take this up or not? ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Banana Fish is one of my favorites, and I totally recommend it
though there are many sad scenes
I don't want to spoil, because it kind of ruins the experience - but there are deaths, rape, and assault topics
and yes, the ending is extremely sad
Banana Fish is so good! Also one of my favorites, but its such a heart breaking Story. You gonna feel so much emotions
After I finished it I couldnt watch edits for like 2 months, without feeling absolute heartbroken xD But its really worth to read... btw there is also an anime version of Banana Fish
For me it was too painful, though the anime is better, since the manga art is very dated.
But it does touch on some very real issues like the sexual exploitation of children, corruption and violence.
It's actually really good but it's kinda hard to read it here and understand so you can watch the anime its called Banana Fish, and yeah it has a sad ending, the only thing I can say is someone will die
