I think he hates/doesn't like heart bc maybe Henry never showed him so much affection towards him and he's mad that he's doing it now but not in his body but in the body of someone else as he has his heart.
I think the night he created them he wasn't drunk , or if he was he could understand what he was doing, so he did three sides of Henry one more different than the other and see how Henry really was , or just wanted to see the things Henry never showed him
