Okay so I have a theory about how Leon works Im talking about his womb and ability to get pregnant, since he isn't fom that world its possible that his species works similarly, but others couldn't get Leon pregnant why maybe because the feeling needs to be mutual what I'm saying is Leon could only get preggo thanks to Cliff cuz both of them actually love eachother, also Mephisto mentioned that they didn't get Leon pregnant but his womb is in good condition I believe idk
