This is the first non reincarnation aristocratic manhwa with short chapters I've ever heard. Although the tag is not incomplete, 30 ch are pretty much conclude the whole story. Alr, it turns out when I turn off vpn, it works just fine. Definitely not the website being down, cuz yes even I can access the website but the content. Dunno what happened, but previously there's no problem with vpn on
