just binged this - SJ is so me, i really appreciate him as a character (▰˘◡˘▰) two-faced, materialist, manipulative, emotionally stunted loser (affectionate). love how multidimensional he is, very refreshing

honestly i love this bc caesar is an abusive asshole who has consistently ignored boundaries and has zero emotional maturity - grandeur sweeping statements and actions of love won't make up for that. he's never been shown real love and only a life of pain and this is how it manifests. not saying this to absolve him, he's 100000% in the wrong, but i hope the author is setting this up so he has to change
