Altho I agree w/ the notion that the H-doujin of this manga should be uploaded separately to, shall we say Nhentai, instead of being bundled w/ the main series.
It is a mistake I guess because it is a doujinshi made by the group Nanana Nana also you can see the difference in art style. Really I don't know who posted this on Mangago but they were wrong !

uh...... why is there so much AI stuff...? all the backgrounds are AI generated and even the chibi characters on them look weird too...
most prolly, the cleaning from the translation team uses AI to remove watermarks and stuff. But for the background, the artist actually uses 3D backgrounds assets that even a lot of manhwa artist utilize.
