I pity Jaekyung. His backstory is by no means a justification or good reason for the way he treated Dan and the way he basically tortured him. He still deserves to pay his price for that. But ik a person like him, my best friend suffered heavy abuse as a child and later was taken away by her mother. She overcompensated a lot in the wrong ways for all the abuse she suffered under her dad. Even if she swore she wouldn't be like him, sometimes she would lose her temper or throw things. Took lot of therapy for her to learn to control her emotions. Ofc she didn’t turn out a psycho like Jaekyung, but i can see some similar behaviors between them and its rlly throwing me off. I can’t help myself but have some sympathy for him
