Pretty simple; Uke (blond) is a transfer student being abused psychologically and physically by his own father so he takes that unresolved trauma out on seme (black hair) but eventually stops when he sees he’s not reacting the way he wants to. Blond tries to befriend him but becomes attracted to him, but seme is a red/black flag (which you will see soon) who is a psychopath that is obsessed with blond

It's not amnesia, she was forced to drink a true love potion and now is forced to think she's in love with her half-brother.
It's only partial amesia. The memories of being in the kurkan territory and the wedding with Ishakan is locked away. But key memories of what made her fall in love with Ishakan. Those moments spent with Ishakan is now replaced with that step-brother in her memories. So her love and happiness is real, like her step brother wanted. But that love is actually for Ishakan but she thinks the love is for her step brother. Which just makes it even worse... (╬￣皿￣)凸 and sad.
