although it is technically still in the beginning stages plot wise, i am absolutely in love so far. the art is amazing, the fight scenes are detailed, that it almost plays out like film. but i think the main reason why i like it so much is because the ml is fighting for ending slavery for all species (it’s a fantasy world [trolls, elves, orcs, dwarves])

mc casted a time regression spell when he was fighting for his home/people but when he woke he was in the wrong body. in a world where everyone thinks non-human species are less than, and slavery is integrated into everyday life it seems like the mc is the only person who knows that no living being is destined to be a slave, and wants to make a world where humans and outerworldly beings can live together. HAHA sometimes i think the mc is the only person who has empathy AND BASIC COMMON FUKING SENSE. like excuse me WHY IS TREATING these beings like shit SO NORMAL ugh. everyone deserves to be scalped.

OKAY BUT MOVING ON, i love any stories with other species. there’s elves, orcs, trolls, and dwarves. and ive always hated how in the fantasy manwha ive seen characters that are another species never are that strong, or dont have very much spotlight. BUT IN THIS ONE every character IS BADASS. AND it’s so satisfying to watch them kick human ass, and the dumbass people to be so shocked. like nobody has half a brain cell to start ANY critical thinking skills. and through every battle every dumbass human screams with a shocked face, THATS NOt POSSIBLE, they aren’t supposed to be blah blah blah. it’s my favorite. like sweetie you need to undo the brain washing.

what i am hoping for is the main antagonist has an actual good reason why he is stoping the mc, like please don’t make it just that he believes the mc is an actual demon king and is evil. like i want a reason and story that makes me despise him.

i AM so in love with the fact that the mc is in the body of the martial king cause DUH I HAVE EYES the muscles are blessing my screen every time. but sometimes i miss the demon king want to see the old him to ASDFGHJK don’t ask me to explain.

but overall 10/10 i love the ml and i just hope there’s only one main couple and the mc doesn’t focus on the past too much if he decides to peruse Siris

it’s been so long since i’ve felt like this while reading a manwha. it’s where you have to take a break from reading because the plot is getting intense and you’re scared something bad will happen to your characters. so you scroll on instagram for a bit to chill a little. AHHHHH i love it so much i don’t know why, it just has it all.

in the beginning i wasn’t so sure about the art. i thought the faces were a little wrong? but THATS CHANGED the art is so beautiful i just thought Sid’s face was a little disproportionate to her body but i got over it and overall so the art is so beautiful. and the gifs and chibis are so fucking funny i laughed out loud so many times. it has my favorite chibis where the characters are drawn squiggly hehe.

i’ve become so attached to every character i cant stand any one of them getting hurt. like borderline too attached I HAD so much anxiety when it was the thick of it. I TOOK SO MANY BREAKS. and deep breaths

i think sid is one of my fav historical manwha mcs. she is the first female aura user, she learned swordsmanship during her time in the circus and then worked her way up to the second order and after she got into the first order. although she did go back into the past, her character and skills made it believable that she is genuinely just beyond talented. at no point did i think her past life knowledge or luck contributed to her successes. she’s just a talented knight. and with her personality she even improved her skills even more after her regression. her character growth is so cute. she is finally living her life. experiencing family, friendships, and love. it’s so heartwarming. but even though she has changed her rigidness in some ways she still conducts herself to the the same morals and values. and that is so refreshing to see.

VEREMUD DARK HAIR AND FIRST EVER HETEROCHROMIA ML IVE EVER SEEN asdfghjk he is ugh beyond chefs kiss. he is so enamored by sid AND THAT confession scene with both of them confessing they love eachother and making it official to date ASDFGHJK and when veremud confessed I WAS KICKING MY FEET asdfghjk
AND MORRIS!!! the second ml syndrome in this one is SO BAD. i was so fucking sad for morris. this gentle man breaks my heart.

there is miscommunication but it’s not FUCKING ANNOYING ITS NOT its ust enough they communicate when it’s needed and im so glad SIGH

but the villain/antagonist part of the manwha is still a little iffy for me. I LOVE and hate it at the same time. like it’s doing an AMAZING job making me hate HATE the emperor, but he is kinda one note. he is just seen as a power hungry monster who cares about only himself. and the mages seem kinda dumb? DONT GET BE WRONG i hate them like when he poisoned sid and when the mage cult leader kicked sid into the wall i was about to throw hands. so they are doing a very good job of making me hate them. but they are a little one note. i wish we had more of a story or more layered characters and problem. also i do think the scene where arcana saved sid and veremud was a little bit too lucky
