In the novel, Josh just finished showering and was only wearing a towel around his waist when Seth came in to check on him. That's why Isaac's outburst were a lil bit more intense cuz he thought they fucked

Also Henry actually punched Isaac cuz he confessed to that dumbass but didn't even got considered. After punching Isaac, Henry run off outside and Isaac followed after apologizing to Josh for causing trouble.

Seth, ofc, our unbothered king. He knows all of the tea, it's just that he doesn't reveal it unless necessary.
