Its sort of painful to see Dan always assume they're going to have sex whenever Jaekyung even mentions anything related to sleeping or even a bed. Now, I'm actually all for the enemies to lovers trope... it's my favourite trope in fiction. But, this isn't enemies to lovers. It's just abuse victim x abuser. If Dan were toxic and didn't seem like such a wounded puppy the entire time then it'd be much more enjoyable/interesting. But from the way the story has been all this their interactions feel so stiff and awkward as if they haven't known each other for awhile now.. (well technically they didn't since Jaekyung never bothered getting to know Dan) I personally don't see a world where Jaekyung could possibly be "redeemed" but that's just me
