Maybe it's because you're looking only at manhwa and you expect things to be exciting from the very first chapter and that's just very unlikely, also, I'm sure there's a lot of completed works you haven't read yet, so look on page 12 instead of like page 2 of your chosen genre. (Many comics are completed but not marked as completed tho) also, take a look at lists, find a manhwa you like and go through lists, don't stay on the top recommended lists, there are many good ones further down the line
