I think its because many BL authors has small memory capacity, which is why they tend to overuse rape, fwb plots and other negative plots, since they arent that imaginative in doing stories and prioritize earning money through smut. Also what is being drawn and convey also reflects their mindset (like psychology thing).

Anyways I like this stories because the author really use a brain:

I agree with you, but also it's way more than prevalent when it comes to straight manga too, I feel like it's just inevitable since both sides sexualize rape. With straight ones they seem to also come with a lot more misogyny too, even though women are the main demographic I also think you start to notice one more because its what we mostly read. And then there's the pedophilia and shit that comes with BOTH of them basically people aren't normal and both suck, but there are really good authors
