This is like an eye for an eye thing, she shouldn't have to be put into that situation at all. No one deserves to be sexually assaulted or forced to have sex even if they themselves were had done the act. No one should be an exception to that period.
I understand she thinks this is her own personal atonement as she is seeking out her own retribution for all the harm she has done to Ichinose. I know she has finally internalized all the misdeeds she's done and the extent of harm, but like... I never wanted her to end up like this for her to fully internalize how much she was a shit person. Never like this. No one deserves to be sexually assaulted or forced to have sex unwillingly.
I just want her to make a public apology and admit all the wrong doings she's done to everyone in the school (with permission of Ichinose of what she can saying especially with the explicit photos of him). I also want her to simply inform Ichinose about those photos needs to be done because if anyone should know what's happening with those photos and anyone who should have the most input in this situation, it should be the person who is in those photos.
Also Hanabi should turn herself in, personal take. My reason being is that SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND DOMESTIC ASSAULT IS A CRIME! EVEN IN JAPAN IT'S A FUCKING CRIME! EVEN IF IT'S JAPAN AND HANABI IS UNDER THE AGE, IT'S A CRIME! HANABI IS A CRIMINAL AND SHOULD BE IN JUVEI, respectfully.
(I doubt that this manga will have a Hanabi turn-herself-in-to-take-responsibility-for-her-crimes-and-actions arc but goddamn... In my opinion, respectfully, this BITCH needs to be JAILED, especially because of the fucking videos and photos she had taken and shared with others fucking... Also preferably after she admits all her deeds of sexual harassment and domestic abuse without going into too many details).
