For me it's not that the ML is a "manwhore" or whatever. He's not the first ML to have sex with anything that has legs. What bugs me is the MC who now feels like a different person than he was in the first few chapters. Like where did the aloof, stubborn, "I have strict boundaries" cool MC go? Why is he suddenly so easily flustered? He just feels like a different character now. I got reeled in by this because I thought it was Manwhore Seme x Nonchalant Uke.
