I have zero pity for the ML. Get your annoying sadboi ass away from innocent people. The MC deserves better. I'm not gonna read the next chapters because I can smell the "they still end up together" ending from miles away. In my mind the MC has self-respect and leaves the ML alone to wallow in his own misery <3
