No it has not ended yet. The uploader just added that note because they appended a sweet picture at the end of the chapter as a treat since they received a certain amount of comments. The story is currently up chapter 201, I'm guessing the person(s) translating this may have taken a break or could be too busy or something why there's been a delay in updates.
