Umi Asagi, a university student, kindly accepts gifts and confessions from Kamibukuro-kun, a total stranger who perpetually carries a paper bag over his head. He follows the lady he loves the most everywhere she goes, despite his excessively shy manner. Her best buddy, on the other hand, sees Kamibukuro-kun as a bother and his affection as a creepy fixation. In the end, Kamibukuro-kun is terrified by her buddy, who warns him never to approach Umi again.
