There’s two types of fans in BL and actively consume BL like a hamster in a wheel that I hate the most.

You have your puritan BL fans. Fans who religiously read shonen ai and look down upon other BL fans who choose to diversify their reading lists with perhaps questionable Yaois. These types of fans harass normal BL fans and get off waving around their pristine record of just cute and fluffy BLs like that automatically will make them a runner up for the Nobel prize. Nobody cares about what you read, or how a good boy/girl you are.

Imma slander the anti-puritan BL fans too bruh I want all the smoke. I am SO tired of these “anti-woke” BL fans who cheer on the most disgusting pieces of media ever showcased on a digital page just cause it’s a BL. Those fans that shame you and call you a “snowflake” and make fun of you for being “soft” just cause you can’t read a man getting gangbanged.

I know both groups are reactionary to what either groups convey but ffs let me just read BL without having to brandish my intellectual moral compass or be humiliated for even having one!!! Phew I am so bored
