Okay so I have experienced the point of view of the person that ghosted someone for 7 years and though my situation was different from Eunhyuk's and I did it to my best friend, I can tell you that there really never is a reason big enough to disappear like that for so long. You can always reach out to at least say "hey, I'm fine but I think it's better if we have a proper closure", but unfortunately a lot of us are cowards.
