For me, it seems that the Xiao Yu cheated on Xiao Ying.

Correct, since people are saying that it was a misunderstanding. I tried to look the chapter 1 very carefully if it was a misunderstanding or not. But it just prove to me that it wasn't a misunderstanding (for me).
