Hmm the side plot of the story is omegaverse-ish...blood link. A vamp attacks a girl for blood and he in turn gets kicked by this heroic guy. The girl is saved but vamp is still thirsty so he goes for the guy. It turns out the guy is part lycan/wherewolf and the vamp woke that part of him up... and the poor guy becomes the vamps thrall.
