I read a few of your comments about Ginger and I can't agree with you guys too much. You all think you'll be on guard 24/7 to avoid anything to happen (aka Izana reading her thoughts) when you are just reading this from the outside. When you have a face to face conversation, things go fast, like in the span of the fingers. You have to understand you need way to much focus and energy to have that level of concentration, normal people don't have. And I don't think she is dumb or stupid, I've read other female leads being denser than Ginger is, it was really annoying, but she isn't that dense, just a little too care free. That doesn't make her dumb.

Agreed. There are plenty of people who struggle with thinking before they speak, let alone thinking before they... think. With her personality, which has been the same since the very first chapter, the prince's obvious tolerance toward her thoughts, and the fact that she can't control when she meets his eyes, you really think she would try control her thoughts? You might say there's no character development and I would agree with you, but it's still early in the story and there's not even that much drama that calls for character development yet. Also, I'm all for a naive , too-honest FL x traumatized ML.
For all the people saying the MC is smart. No he isn't, he just pays more attention than you to what the people are saying. If you pay attention while reading instead of scanning the manga quick you'll realise most of the things.
wait no i meant to upgote- T^T why is it so smallllllll

Well that’s smart for me
╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ although I’ve always done pretty good in a lot of things, I’m dumb af :) I wouldn’t be able to get results just by paying attention to my surroundings and the situation I’m in.
You deserve a pat XD
Same here just bc I’m paying attention doesn’t mean I’ll realize those things are important. First off I have a bad memory when it comes to remembering what ppl have said if I don’t find them important enough. So if I was in his position I’d either have took a while to figure out what the true purpose of the test was, wouldn’t know what to say in dire circumstances, or just plainly combust from overthinking and think the solution was something completely off.
