I've been looking for years for this one manwha.
it's about a guy who get injured and goes to the hospital to get help for his injury. he finds out he can speed up his metabolism or contorl his cells to do certain things.
I think he was a construction worker when he got injured? I remember after the accident when he was better he went for drinks with his coworks or friends at a pub.
