If I remember correctly the mom who went into the future to either escape or something,, gives birth to all the children, returns to the “past” (her og timeline) where she gives birth to FL,, so by definition FL is the youngest child however physically and all she is the oldest.

The comment above mine is correct. Mom time travels a lot im not sure if its coz she is escaping from the holy kingdom or she just likes to do it pretty sure its the former. Mom is the fairy queen. She met dad when she was jumping through time and fell in love with him. She knows she has limited time coz time travelling has a price and its life force. She knows her fate and wanted to give birth to their youngest daughter but she is to die before then, so she went to the past to give birth to lichesia, went back to the present and died there.
Lichesia is the fairy queen successor. She can change her appearance at will. She stays as a young one not coz of potion being ineffective but because it is her will to stay young as the familys baby. I read that her real appearance as the fairy queen is 16y/o. Her real age is 20+ and the age she is supposed to be is the age she currently is.
ML is white haired knight. I think they pause any romance coz FL wanted to enjoy the childhood she never experienced with her family so she stayed as baby and aged normally. She can revert back to her orig adult self whenever she wants so marrying hailon once she experienced all her childhood isnt a problem. I havent read any spoiler regarding circumstances on her romance with knight at the end. Just that she wanted to experience childhood with her real fam and hence she stayed in her child form and aged as a normal person should.
