Idk if this is a novel or a manga/hwa

It's mpreg, short story(??)

the MC sleeps around because he wants to get pregnant. I forgot why he wants a kid, but that's his goal. It doesn't matter to him if the baby daddy stays, he just wants to have a child.

When the MC slept with the ML, the MC wanted to run away because he achieved his goal.

I'm not too sure about the other details since it's been so long since I read it.

i saw a comic page of a young girl confessing her love to a policeman throughout stages of child, highschooler then young adult.

the girl becomes a policewoman and confesses again, saying she wants the policeman to be her wife. (yes, she wants an old man to be her wife)
