If you wanted Sian to end up with Yul, all I have to say is ???? This was a toxic relationship to begin with. Yul was so obsessed with Sian that it ruined both their lives. Sure Yujin wasn’t the greatest guy to begin with, but he recognised his faults and I am glad to see Sian happy with him two years later. I know that some of y’all here are really young, so a reminder to recognise the early signs of a toxic and obsessive relationship. I think the author did a great job of showing what are the early signs (distancing Sian away from her friends and family, following her and controlling her day to dat activities) and how an abuser makes the victim feel like they are the only person they can trust. If someone threatens their own life just to make you stay in relationship, they are abusing your trust and love. Do reach out to someone you trust if you find yourself in such a situation. Remember to stay safe!

Fact: Yanderes always dont win ┗( T﹏T )┛If I had to be honest I wantedher to end up with yul. I read this because of their toxic relationship and yul's perfect character whom I love the most. It's very depressing not seeing her be dead or maybe just being controlled by Yul at the end (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ I didn't expect a happy ending anyway, but she got her happy ending, am not satisfied. I'm weird right? welp I too don't want a toxic relationship but I love reading those kinds of things(dark ones) It's super satisfying seeing dreadful and full of pain faces. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

Reread the whole manga in one setting and I am super invested in the royal family and who would be the next successor. So King Il told Yona that she could not marry Soowon was because of his wife’s ability to see the future. Now I feel bad for Yona because her father might have only loved her for being the reincarnation of King Hiryuu rather than her being his daughter. I love how complex the story is now and how multi-dimensional the supporting characters are. King Il who was kind in Yona’s eyes, was a religious fanatic who believed in destiny rather than manifesting his own fate. Yu hon who was portrayed as a strict and violent tyrant, was a caring husband and father. Honestly both of them would have been bad kings and I think Soowon’s rule right now isn’t that great either. He is heavily influenced by his advisor and chooses to go to war, while sacrificing many of his men, rather than going for peace talks etc. I think Soowon’s choice of successor would not be Yona, since she is literally everything that he is going against (fate and the crimson dragon)

I think the first 10 chapters are definitely unbearable for some, but it was definitely necessary to show character development and their completely different mindsets. ML wants to restore his country but lacks the confidence and strength to do so, while FL is cold-hearted and cruel due to the circumstances she is in. I think it really shows how they are polar opposites of one another and it shows how they are influencing each other to become better people.

Many people are complaining about the incest, but I think the intention if the mangaka was to portray someone who is abused succumbing to the ways of their abuser. Her interactions with the editor guy showed that she wanted to be free and leave her house, the cage that her brother has confined her to. I think she only decided to stay with her brother because she still empathises with him as a family member. Another thing that points to the abuse is when her brother sleeps with her. The description of her thought process also shows the mentality of someone who is abused.
girl, just be happy alone. all these trouble with the men in her life, just makes me stressed out.
