Its a bl manga . Seme was a kind of sprite / supernatural/ or something like that . And uke was young when he met him then later in the end of the manga seme disappeared saying he would come back as a human or something ( not sure tho he was fading away in that time so thtss y ) then years later uke works in a company then he meets seme while going back then they get back together
