1. It does not matter if you had 2 mL or 200 mL, if you drink, you are drunk, and if you are drunk, you should not be getting into anything. No one can just "seem not drunk", that is a bullshit response. Drunk people do not "seem" drunk to other people, and people have different alcohol tolerances to boot.
