There's a really good manga, it starts when the two main characters are at college. ML is deaf and is eating lunch and our MC falls out of the sky and asks if he can have some food.
It's a few volumes long and follows their journey through figuring out how to communicate, becoming friends and then lovers. Also has an awesome wider cast of characters.

Most random shit ever, (skip chapter one, it's out of order reupload), but the demon/priest couple has them growing old together and then dealing with afterlife. It's got some weird stuff in it, especially the angel/angel stuff, so watch out. The other couples are great though.
