What about all the "omega" pheromon then? Seems to be different from the smyrna.
I am just tired of the alpha/beta that turned out to be an omega trope. So no really willing to knvest i the story if that is the case here

Ch 61 they're still alpha & aloha lol. Dunno what path they'll take with al that "omega pheromones" at the begining of the story. The art is good and the story too, if that's worth something

No Theo's not an Omega.
Theo is actually an alpha and as to why he is pregnant is coz Theo's family line must continue for his family only has alpha males and females and so one must take on the duty to produce an heir for which Theo was given a potion or magic something (a fruit) which can make alphas be able to conceive a child. This is y Theo is known as "cymyrna" and his partner "Capri".
As to the second pregnancy it was because the effect of the fruit does not completely go away at once. And so since they spent the night together right after during the process of the fruit to be over..... Bcoz of Theo's rut he got impregnated again.. Ull see the sign on right below of Theo's stomach a white weird marking which shows Theo being pregnant again . (●'◡'●)ﾉ

In Theo's family, the alphas that are chosen to bare the next offspring, basically turn into an Omega temporarily. He's still technically an Alpha, but he gives off Omega pheromones and can get pregnant. Usually after the 1 pregnancy, they are done because a Capri is solely for the purpose of mating. But Theo fell in love with his Capri and continued to "mate" before he completely reverted back to an Alpha, so now he's pregnant again.
